Thirty days, no explanation needed

If Perch is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery. You do not have to justify it to us and we will not ask you to fill in a form explaining what you disliked.

Twelve-month replacement on defects

If the speaker, stand, battery or light stops working within 12 months of delivery under normal use, send us a short video or photo and we will ship a replacement. You do not need to send the faulty unit back.

How to start a return

1. Email us with your order number.
2. We send you a return label the same business day.
3. Drop the parcel off. Original packaging helps but is not required.
4. Your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo and we will replace it immediately. Do not bother shipping it back.

The exceptions

We cannot accept returns on units damaged by misuse, or on final sale items, which are clearly marked before you buy. There are no restocking fees.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it is with the carrier, treat it as a return.
