Delivery times

Most orders arrive in 8 to 15 business days. The estimate shown at checkout for your address is the real one, and we would rather set a longer expectation and beat it than promise two days and disappoint you.

Estimates run from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Dispatch is usually within 3 business days.

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping on every order in Canada. Shipping to other countries is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after you receive the number. That means the label exists but the parcel has not been scanned yet, which is normal for international routes.

Duties and taxes

Any taxes or duties owing are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. You will not be asked for extra money on delivery.

When something goes wrong

If your parcel is more than five business days past its estimated delivery date, contact us. We will replace it or refund it. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
